These are pictures of the mill in Oregon City on the Willamette river. I took them with the idea in mind that they represent evolution through industry. The mill, grey and dirty, built along a natural waterfall, creates a striking contrast between nature and modernization. Coupled with the river, these pictures of the mill tell a story; and that is the drastic evolutionary leaps that man kind has taken through industrialization.
