I’ve been a little behind on my posts so for this week’s
posts I decided to switch it up a little bit. I decided to do pictures of my
face! My first grouping I focused more on just my eyes. I think the eyes are
such a cool and powerful part of the face. They especially look really cool
when photographed. My first picture I took was of my head and my hands covering
the rest of my face except for my left eye. For some reason I just found this
photo very powerful it seems like there is some underlying message behind the
photo that even I don’t know. I blurred the edge of the photo to draw more of
the focus to my face. The second photo I took was of right side of my face. I
didn’t really mean to focus on my eye in this picture but when switched the
setting on the camera to “painting” it really made the blue in my eye stand
out. It also gave a lot of other aspects of my face a violet hue to it. The
last picture I took was a close-up on my right eye. In Microbiology, when we were
studying eyes we learned to really see your eye color and pattern put a
flashlight up to it, so that is exactly what I did. I thought this picture was
awesome because you could really see the stream in my eye and the blueness
looks really awesome too. I didn’t edit this picture at all.
